Héctor Martín Mandarano - CEO

Martín is an electrical engineer from the National Technological University in Buenos Aires, he holds a Masters in Business Administration from IAE and a Masters in Management of the Wholesale Electricity Market from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). He has held different responsibilites in the Argentine electricity and energy sector, participating in studies of power systems and operation of high voltage networks in SACME (1997-2000), and dispatch, movement of energy in Perez Companc (2000-2002). He was Manager of the Electricity Business Division at Petrobras Energía S.A. between 2001 and 2011, Director of Thermal Plants Manuel Belgrano and San Martin between 2002 and 2011, Electrical Business Manager at YPF from 2011 to 2016, Director at Metrogas between 2014 and 2016 and Chairman of the Board of Central Dock Sud since 2012. He joined to YPF in 2011, performing as Manager of the Electricity Business. In 2016 he assumed the position of Executive Manager of the Electric and Renewable Business. He has served as General Manager of the Company since 2013.

Santiago Sajaroff - Chief Operating Officer

Santiago is an Electrical Engineer from the National Technological University, with a Masters in Electrical Market Administration from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires and a Masters in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina. At YPF he worked as Commercial Manager of CDS, Commercial Manager of the Electric Business of the Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy of YPF, then as Manager of Technical Management, Projects and Constructions of the Electric Business of the Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy of YPF and as Manager of Technical Management, Projects and Constructions of YPF EE. In addition, since 2016 he has served as Deputy Director, then Regular Director and currently as Vice President of CDS. Prior to joining YPF, Santiago served as Chief of Operations of CDS for almost 10 years and previously in other positions in the same company. Since January 2017, he has been COO of the Company.

Sebastián Torres - Audit Manager and Chief Compliance Officer

Sebastián is a lawyer from the University of Morón and holds a Master's Degree in Commercial and Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires. He worked for Deutsche Bank AG and Bankboston NA in the areas of credit risk and collections. In 2001 he joined GE Capital Argentina, where he led the Legal and Compliance department until mid-2006, when he took on the role of Compliance Integration Manager for one of the most important acquisitions of GE Global Banking in Central America (BAC Credomatic Network), based in Costa Rica. In January 2010 he returned to Argentina to fill the role of Chief Compliance Officer Latin America of GE Global Business Services and years later the role of Executive Compliance Counsel Latin America of GE Global Growth & Operations. He is Chief Compliance Officer of YPF Luz since May 2018.

Alejandro Avayú - Human Resources Manager

Alejandro is a public accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, has an MBA from the Bolivian Catholic University, in agreement with Harvard University, and a Postgraduate in Business Management from IAE. In 1997 he joined YPF, working in Bolivia, Iran, Dubai and Iraq, as finance controller and financial advisor. From 2013 until 2017 he worked as Managing Director of Trading Companies of YPF. In August 2017 he joined YPF Luz.

Edgardo Latessa - Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Manager

Edgardo is a Civil Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires, Engineer in Hygiene and Safety at the National University of Mar del Plata and Specialist in Natural Gas and Petroleum at the University of Buenos Aires. He began his professional career in 2001 as Construction Supervisor of the Road Concession Control Authority (OCCOVI). In 2004 he joined YPF where he held several positions in the area of Environment and Safety. In 2014 he was appointed Head of Environment, Health and Safety of YPF, a position he held until joining the company in November 2017 as Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Manager.

Jorge Ravlich - Electric Business Manager

Jorge is a public accountant, with a financial specialization from the University of Buenos Aires and an EMBA from IAE. He started his professional career in 1997 in the companies Pérez Companc, Petrobras Argentina and Pampa Energía. He was Director of Termoeléctrica Manuel Belgrano, Termoeléctrica San Martín, WEBSA, Distrilec and Enecor, Member of the Board of Directors of AGEERA and ATEERA. He joined YPF Luz in 2017.

Mariana Iribarne - Institutional Relations Manager

Mariana holds a BA in political science and economics from Wake Forest University, and an MPA from Columbia University. She began her career in 1995 at the Ministry of Economy, in the National Directorate of Public Investment. Between 1997 and 2004 she was Economic Advisor at the Embassy of Australia and between 2004 and 2008 Economic and Commercial Advisor of the European Union in Argentina. In 2008 she became Corporate Affairs Manager of Intel Corporation, and between 2012 and 2017 she was Public Policy Manager of General Electric South Cone. Mariana joined YPF Luz in June 2018.

Julio Temen - Supply Chain Manager

Julio is an Engineer from the University of Buenos Aires, with a Postgraduate in Management Development from the Catholic University of Argentina. He worked at EDESUR as a Medium Voltage Designer, and later joined IBM Argentina as Head of Energy and Critical Infrastructure between 2005 and 2009, and was Operations Manager at Aggreko Argentina until 2012. He continued his career at ABB Argentina, where he held the positions of Project Manager for Medium and High Voltage equipment and Business Unit Manager for Outdoor products and Medium Voltage Protections. He joined YPF Luz in 2017.

Luis Miguel Sas - CFO

Luis is an Accountant from the University of Buenos Aires, has an MBA from IAE and a leadership training from Columbia Business School in New York. He was manager in various functions of the Financial Department of the Pérez Companc Group, he was CFO of Edesur, CFO and Member of the Board of Petrobras Argentina. Already at YPF he was Finance and M & A Manager, CFO, and VP of Finance until his arrival at YPF Luz.
