Santiago Martínez Tanoira is an engineer from the Institute of Technology of Buenos Aires (ITBA) and has an MBA from Austral University. He took specialization courses at Darden, Wharton and Harvard Universities. He joined YPF in 1998 in the Business Development area of ​​the Petrochemical Division. Between 2002 and 2008 he was responsible for the Marketing area and was Planning and Development Manager in the Industrial Products and Chemicals Unit of Argentina. Between 2008 and 2011 he was director of Basic Petrochemicals and Intermediate Products at Repsol Química, in Spain. From 2012 to 2016 he was Executive Manager of the Mendoza Region Upstream Operations and in 2016-17 he was Upstream Executive Vice President. He is Alternate Director of YPF since 2017, when he also assumed the Vice Presidency of the Downstream Business. Since May 2020, he has been Executive Vice President of Gas and Energy, director and president of Compañía Mega S.A. and YPF Luz.

Patrick is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University. He has more than 20 years of energy and financial services experience.  He began as a project developer for Enron in Latin America.  He has provided professional services to multiple Fortune 500 corporations and the World Resources Institute to catalyze corporate demand for 1,000 MW of renewable energy.  He is now Managing Director and Global Power Leader for GE Energy Financial Services.​

Santiago Fidalgo is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Argentina. He has several postgraduate studies in the areas of Finance, Quality in Management and Environment in Argentina and abroad. He developed undergraduate and postgraduate teaching activities at the Universidad Católica Argentina and at the CEARE​ of the University of Buenos Aires, also collaborating with other academic institutions. He has been working in the energy industry since 1987, holding different positions at Astra C.A.P.S.A. and later in YPF S.A. He is currently in charge of the Investee Management sector, in the YPF Vice Presidency of Gas and Energy.

Patricio is a Public Accountant from the University of Belgrano and has a Postgraduate Degree in Oil and Natural Gas Economics from ITBA. Currently, he is the Manager of Strategic Planning and Management of Participants in YPF. Previously, he worked as Planning and Business Development Manager of YPF and in other positions, always developing his professional career in the natural gas industry since joining YPF in 2002. Currently he also holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metrogas SA, Principal Director of Compañía Mega SA, and of other companies linked to the group of YPF companies.

Paula Dutto is a Public Accountant with a degree in Administration, graduating from the Catholic University of Argentina. She has studies in areas of Accounting, Business Administration and Management at the University of San Andrés, Torcuato Di Tella and other Argentine institutions. She has participated in the business management program developed jointly by the IAE and the University of Buenos Aires. She developed undergraduate teaching activities at the Catholic University of Argentina and the University of Buenos Aires. She currently serves as Accounting Manager at YPF S.A., previously as Manager of UTs and other positions in the industry since joining YPF in 2004.

Pedro Kearney is a public accountant graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina and has a Master in Business Administration from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He joined YPF in 2003 and has developed his career in different areas and functions of Human Resources, Planning and Control and Finance. Between 2005 and 2008 he was an expatriate in Madrid in the VP HR of Repsol and then he oversaw planning, organization and processes, and compensation areas in HR YPF. In 2014 he went on to work in the Financial VP as YPF Planning and Control Manager and later as Downstream Planning and Control Department Manager. He currently holds the position of Manager of the Financial Planning and Structuring Department in the Financial VP, where he recently participated in the most relevant international debt swap in the history of YPF. Additionally, he is Deputy Director of CT Barragán S.A. since April 2021.​

John Dewar

John is a Certified Public Accountant (PWC, London) and graduated from Oxford University. He worked at CDC Group, BT Group for Spain, Italy, Korea, USA and corporate ventures, managing an operational outsourcing team for BT Group. He was Head of Finance Sales and Marketing for three years at BT Openreach, a BT Group company, developing extensive experience in emerging markets infrastructure and venture capital investment. Since 2016 he is Portfolio and Execution Senior Vice President for GE Energy Financial Services (GE EFS) based in London.  Dewar joined GE EFS in 2009 and has executed investments of over €700MM in renewable and thermal generating assets for GE EFS.​

Mauricio Alejandro Martin is an industrial engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. He has a Specialization in Finance program from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and a Master in Business Administration from CEMA University. He currently serves as Vice President of Downstream at YPF. Previously, he has served as YPF's Logistics Manager and has developed his career in different areas and downstream functions, such as Process Engineer, Production Manager, CMASS Manager, Industrial Complex Manager and Manager of Planning and Technical Development since his entry YPF in 1997.

Ana Cecilia Patroni is a chemical engineer graduated from the National University of Córdoba. She developed his professional career in the energy industry occupying positions in operations, technology and project management. Between 2007 and 2014 she worked as a senior consultant at Shell Global Solutions Holland, assisting group companies located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in the optimization of operations, technology evaluation and development of large investment projects. In 2015, he joined YPF Technology as Principal Advisor in Refining and Renewable Energies; later she was Product Development Manager for Downstream and Manager of the Center of Excellence for Analytics and Simulation. In 2019 he led the conceptual engineering of YPF's first large-scale project for the export of liquefied natural gas; Since April 2021 she has been the Manager of Innovation, Technology and Energy Efficiency at YPF, Vice-presidency of Gas and Energy.

Mr. Zipp joined GE in 2004 and has held various positions in the Company while executing and managing large energy transactions around the world.  He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham University.  He is currently a Senior Vice President responsible for leading deal teams tasked with the execution and management of energy investments made by GE Energy Financial Services.

Gastón has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, and has specializations in Project Management, Leadership (UCA) and Decision Making (ITBA) and Risk Analysis (Rose & Associates) among others. He has a decade of experience in the industry, having worked on issues related to the Market, Investors, Competition Intelligence, Asset Valuation and Portfolio, with focus on Upstream. Currently it is developed in Strategic Gas and Energy Planning.

María Eugenia is a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University (UCA). He has a master's degree in business law from the University of San Andrés (current thesis) and a postgraduate degree in oil and natural gas law from the University of Buenos Aires. She occupies the position of attorney in the Natural Gas and Energy Management within the Legal Services Department of YPF. María Eugenia also holds the positions of Administrator in the CDS and IDS companies.

Roberto Javier Arana is an industrial engineer graduated from the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires and also has a Master in Business Administration from the London Business School. He currently works as Business Development Manager of the YPF Gas and Energy Vice Presidency. He has developed his professional career as a business consultant at Hermes Management Consulting and has held various management positions in front-line companies.

Carlos is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires. He served as an associate at the Nicholson and Cano Abogados law firm from 1994 to 2000 and practiced freely from 2000 to 2003. In 2003 he joined the Legal Services Department of YPF as a lawyer in the area of Refining & Marketing . Between 2009 and 2014 he served as Legal Services Manager Neuquén-Río Negro and between 2015 and 2017 as Manager of Legal Services. Since September 2017, he has been the Legal Services Manager of Natural Gas and LPG of the Vice Presidency of Legal Services.

Fernando is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, holds a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from ESEADE and has completed several postgraduate programs in the oil and gas industry. Since 2004 he has worked at YPF where he currently holds the position of Legal Services Manager Corporation and was appointed director in several companies in the industry. He previously served as a lawyer for several companies such as Citibank N.A., Basf Argentina S.A. and Auchan Argentina S.A.
